Inside, you'll explore safety, sleep, nervous-system activation, emotions, functioning, shame, fear that the experience will happen again, and how to find someone who can listen without automatically dismissing, validating or spiritualizing what happened. The guide also helps distinguish between an experience that may need time and support and signs that additional professional assessment may be appropriate.

This guide does not ask you to call the experience healing. It does not ask you to call it harmful. And it does not require you to figure out what it meant before you begin caring for yourself.
